A |     The 97th Academy Awards were held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Hosted by Conan O’Brien for the first time, the evening saw some standout performances and rousing winning moments. Sean Baker’s Anora emerged as the big winner at the Oscars 2025. The drama bagged 5 awards including Best Picture and a Best Actress win for the excellent lead, Micky Madison. B | 通过优化配套设施、倡导双向温情服务、深化社区协同共治，破解末端配送难题，实现居民、骑手、物业多方共赢。         东南网8月17日讯（本网记者 卢金福）网约配送员穿梭于城市街头巷尾，一辆电动车、一个保温箱，承载的是千家万户的热饭热菜、是急需用药的殷切期盼。他们风雨无阻、昼夜奔忙，为居民送餐、送药、送去生活的便利与温暖，用辛勤的汗水守护着城市的“烟火气”，成为保障居民日常生活需求的“摆渡人”。在省市场监管局的指导下，省个体私营企业协会、省物业管理协会联合发出《推进网约配送员“友好场景”建设联合倡议书》，以党建为纽带凝聚多方合力，共同破解社区末端配送治理难题。    此次倡议面向物业服务企业、网约配送平台、广大物业服务从业人员和网约配送员等对象，整合社区、物业、平台、业主多方力量，搭建常态化协商机制，因地制宜优化小区末端配送治理模式，兼顾居民居住体验与网约配送员从业需求，实现“居民安心、骑手暖心、物业用心”的多方共赢。    倡议书提出，一是优化配送配套设施，推行数字化通行服务，合理增设停车区域、休息驿站及智能配送设备；建立物业与网约配送员快速响应通道，筑牢社区安全防线，让网约配送员“进得去、停得下、歇得好”；二是倡导双向温情服务，加强双方服务礼仪与法治培训，规范管理与从业行为，增进理解互信，营造双向奔赴的良好氛围；三是深化社区协同共治，鼓励物业及网约配送员积极参与志愿服务等社区治理活动，推动物业服务资源与网约配送服务优势互补，全力构建人人有责、人人尽责、人人享有的八闽社区治理共同体。    倡议书表示，优化网约配送友好场景、关爱新就业群体、深化社区协同共治，是服务民生福祉、赋能基层治理、彰显城市温度的重要举措。以此倡议为契机，携手同心、同向发力，以务实举措破解末端服务难题，以温情服务凝聚治理合力，持续擦亮福建民生服务工作品牌，共同为建设友好和谐的美好社区贡献力量。
